  2. One cup froze pineapple slices
  3. One cup froze watermelon chunks
  4. One cup froze strawberry slices

  • Add the water or the coconut water and whiz until you get a smooth, thick smoothie.

Green layer ingredients:

  • A half avocado
  • A bunch of baby spinach leaves

The Pink Layer ingredients:

  • 120 grams of frozen raspberries
  • 100ml of coconut water

The Orange Layer ingredients:

  • One medium peeled carrot that is chopped into chunks
  • One tablespoon of grated fresh ginger

  • A half banana

  • Once again rinse the blender and put in the ginger, carrot and orange juice. Blend it thoroughly till pureed and put in the banana and blend once more until a smooth mixture is realized. Pour over the other two smoothies in the glass and serve instantly.
